PTFE hose assemblies
A PTFE liner carries the fluid. A braid carries the pressure.

Smooth or convoluted PTFE core under SS304, SS316 or textile braid, crimped to BSP, NPT, JIC, DIN or flanged ends.
A PTFE hose has two jobs split between two parts: a PTFE inner tube that carries the fluid, and a braided outer layer that contains the pressure the liner can’t hold on its own.
Our assemblies are built to SAE 100R14 and EN 12092 with end fittings in SS304, SS316 or carbon steel. The liner is FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 compliant and inert to almost every industrial chemical, which is why these hoses end up on chemical, pharmaceutical, food and high-temperature lines.
